Laughter Yoga for families is beneficial as part of my individual coaching with families, as well as with groups to share and collectively move forward with peace, and unconditional love.  I find it becomes a safe space to build supportive relationships as we accept we are not alone, and are open to share.  It takes a willingness and commitment to recieve the extraordinary benefits Laughter Yoga has to offer.  Are you ready??!!!
