Laughter Yoga was founded in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kateria, a medical doctor from India. Today there are 1,000’s of Laughter Clubs in 66 countries.
Laughter Yoga is a unique concept where you get to laugh for no reason. Laughter is initiated as an exercise with eye contact and child-like play, and combined with yoga breathing. In laughter social clubs, we commit ourselves to laughter we don’t leave it to chance.
